Here at Finimize, we believe NFTs have the potential to recognize the power of community, the democratization of the financial system, and the importance of breaking down information barriers. That’s why we’re launching a brand new platform to celebrate up-and-coming talent in the digital art space.
Every quarter, a carefully curated committee of judges and community members will choose a new artist from a shortlist of the most exciting new talent out there. The winner will create their own version of the Finimize logo, and this symbol of financial freedom and empowerment will be promoted to our 1 million-plus strong audience at our biggest events of the year — with all the revenue generated from the sale going directly to the artist.
As for the new owners of the NFTs, as well as holding a piece of digital art from one of the most exciting upcoming artists in the space, they’ll join the Finimize NFT Committee. There, they’ll have the ability to nominate new artists, vote on winners, and define the overall direction of the platform. They’ll also get direct access to a committee of high-profile NFT experts, who we’ll be inviting to join over the next few weeks.
But first, we’d like to introduce you to our first-ever Finimize NFT creator…
Our first artist will be… Ruslan Vyaltsev
Ruslan is a full-time digital artist with a background as a professional designer. In every one of his creations, Ruslan explores the subconscious and metaphor, giving shape and color to abstract concepts.
And he’s a man in high demand: Ruslan has previously worked with global brands including Reebok, Sega, and HighSnobiety. You can check out some of his work here.
Ruslan’s art typically sells for 0.3–0.5 ETH ($1,250-$2,250). But since we believe it’s important for new NFT investors to be able to tap into this opportunity, each of Ruslan’s 10 pieces of art will be available for $250+ gas fees.
How can you buy the first-ever Finimize NFT?
Our first NFT will go live on OpenSea at 4pm UK time on Friday December 3rd, exclusively for attendees of the Finimize X Ledger Crypto Summit. To join the drop live, make sure you get access to the Finimize Crypto Discord Server: it’s available to anyone with a free ticket to the Summit.
And if you’ve never bought an NFT before, don’t worry: we’ll be hosting a few workshops in the run-up to the event to walk you through how to set up a crypto wallet, buy ethereum, and purchase an NFT. They’ll also be taking place in the Finimize Crypto Discord Server, so register as early as possible to make sure you’re onboarded in time.
